Intro to the Guide
Welcome to the Forged in Flame guide on how to create a gym space inspired by Nesta Archeron. You'll find ways to tuck this space into your apartment or style an entire room, but most importantly, you'll make the steps towards bettering yourself. This winter and spring will be about becoming healthier and learning to love yourself.
It is going to be hard to stay consistent, but building a space to remind yourself to put in the work will get you to where you want to be! I just started my cut on added sugars and have around 3 cups of tea a day. LETS DO THIS!

Nesta-Inspired Home Gym
The Queen of Death
Nesta Archeron is a complex character who has endured a great deal in the ACOTAR series. Every person who has read about her has developed their own thoughts and opinions, which have unfortunately sparked numerous debates within the community.
I hope one thing we can all agree on is how inspiring it was to see her create an environment that not only helped her but also the priestesses in the house of wind. If you can't say she was a good character, you can at least say she was inspiring to someone. Which brings me to creating a space inside your home that will help you get through dark times, inspire others, and become a better version of yourself: a home gym.
Her Training Space
The concept art I created for her space is an area I think she would come to appreciate by the end of A Court of Silver Flames. Similar to the Feyre-Inspired Art Studio, this room will be peaceful with plants, candles, and sunlight. However, there will be pieces that remind you to work hard and stay consistent.

Referring back to my concept art, I found some pieces that would reflect it very well. I highlighted my favorites. While most of them were cute, my favorite is the Night Court Candle.

Color Palette
The color palette I have chosen consists of tans, creams, and pastels. I like to imagine this gym leans towards her meditation vibes, instead of just her hardcore workouts. In other words, this space will be brighter and feel a bit more peaceful, instead of a hardcore, unmotivating vibe.
What's on the Wall?
When picturing this room, there are | LOAAO Home Gym Mirrors | on one wall, allowing more light to brighten the room. On another wall, there could be storage for equipment like this popular | VINAEMO Yoga Mat Holder | and even a lovely LED sign like this | Remember Why You Started Neon Sign |. Gym Lighting
The lighting should be warm and bright. Sunlight should be the main source of lighting in this space, so using mirrors and reflective surfaces will help with that. Of course, this doesn't mean their cant be some warm lighting in different areas. Starting dim, this | YALEDI Essential Diffuser Flame | is a subtle way to remind you of Nesta Archeron. Unfortunately, there isn't a silver flame, but I'm sure this will do the trick. For something brighter, I would recommend this | EDSHINE LED Corner Floor Lamp |. It brings in a modern, sleek vibe and is very Nesta to me.

Tips and Tricks | Alternatives
